Renovation progress

Although it has been a slow but steady progress, I'm finally starting to get the hang of what the word "renovation" really means. Because it is an old house, when renovating things just start to pop-out. Suddenly damage water pipes, poor electrical work and the worst of molds (just to name a few of the mishaps) are the order of the day. So, while dealing with all these (and anxiously dying to start decorating) I've decided it was time to put some of the demolition and progress pictures out there to ease the mental burden!
Hope you don't find them to ugly too look (okay, really they are!!), but beware of the dust and please do use a mask while taking a look at my renovation progress.

Welcome to my dusty pad! I hope this soon ends so I can change its mood.
A photo log of what's been happening in my bathroom these days. Changing each part of this area from one side to the other, makes the whole process a bit slower.
Any guess of how many coats of paint this wall has?
Thanks for stopping by and feel free to drop one comment (or ten) with your recommendations when renovating an old house. Have you remodel lately? What part of your home did you redo?
